It chiefly, consists of cracked wheat, tomatoes, parsley, mint, onions, lemon juice, and olive oil. Sounds delicious and healthy, doesn't it?

Bulgur wheat is made of cracked wheat berries. They normally come par boiled; hence they cook very quickly and are also a great source of protein.
